Your key qualifications:
- abgeschlossene Laborausbildung oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium und mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung mit dem CDS Empower3 Completed laboratory training or scientific studies and several years of practical experience with the CDS Empower3
- IT affinity
- Experience in the validation of computer systems according to GAMP5 is an advantage
- communication and team skills

- goal- and solution-oriented thinking and acting
- Sovereignty in customer contact, serious demeanor
- Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English
- Traveling; A valid class B driving license is an advantage
Your tasks:
- Mapping of test specifications in Empower in the context of customer projects
- Technical support for our product development in the design of programs, drivers and interfaces that are used in our customers’ laboratories
- Participation in validation projects of computer-aided systems in the GMP environment
- Creation of customer documents in German and English
- Technical support of our marketing and sales department
