As a laboratory employee, you are in daily contact with the Empower software.

Your focus will primarily be on measuring your samples, integrating chromatograms, and generating reports.

Other tasks include method development and the associated creation of custom fields and reports. The training of new colleagues is also part of your daily tasks. You may also have taken on the role of key user and taken care of connecting new HPLC or GC systems to the existing Empower system. In short: You are the user of the Empower software.

We offer a wide range of solutions tailored to you.

All beginnings are difficult. That is why we have created a training program divided into Basic, Advanced, Expert, and Specialized requirement levels that facilitate the handling of the software. Furthermore, you can work out solutions for your specific challenges in special workshops, the contents of which are coordinated with you in advance.

But why not do the training directly with the software producer?

We don’t explain what happens when you push a button. Our training courses map the workflow that you have to complete every day and combine deep Empower expert knowledge with a background in laboratory processes.

Use our tools to simplify lab workflow further or meet data integrity requirements.

With our CIQ-Pro, we have a qualification method in our portfolio that automates the complete workflow within your CDS, from starting the OQ sequence to the final report, independent of the chromatography system manufacturer. Perform the OQ yourself or have it performed by a service provider on a module-specific or holistic basis.

Use our PeakProvider, a toolkit app, to perform automated peak assignment and naming in complex samples with many unknown peaks. Use the statistical functions such as the summation of area values or averaging via multiple injections for all peaks present in the chromatogram in report tables.
