Ensure data integrity and security
Even as you introduce a new chromatography data system like Empower into your regulated environment, you are responsible for ensuring that this data system is 21 CFR Part 11 compliant. The data it generates has integrity and follows ALCOA+ requirements.
Data security is one of the highest assets in a GxP-regulated operation.

We have created a set of SOPs that govern the operation of the software with a risk-based approach. Use our SOPs as ready-made SOPs or as a template to create your own SOPs. In both cases, this solution saves development time and associated high costs.
CSV, i.e., Computerized System Validation, is another prerequisite for the operation of a CDS, not only in the pharmaceutical industry. Ensure consistently and reproducibly that the CDS executes its processes precisely as you expect it to.
beyontics supports you in this. With our CSV-Box, we have created a product that includes all necessary documents for the CSV and support by one of our highly experienced employees. Validate your CDS, supported by beyontics, with documents out-of-the-box.
In large or global Empower installations, it is a challenge to administer all LAC/e’s.
Our Rhizomer software relieves you of this task to a considerable extent. Administrate all connected LAC/e’s comfortably from your workstation. Roll out patches or updates centrally on all or only some of the LAC/e’s simultaneously. All that remains to be done is to reboot the LAC/e’s. If there are problems with the new software, simply use the rollback function.
Last but not least, employee qualification is an essential part of your company’s QM system.
beyontics offers a training program that covers all aspects of the software, and more importantly, the operation of the software in the laboratory. This is already different from the training courses of the software manufacturer. Step by step, new employees learn how to use the software against the background of the analysis flow up to the finished report.
Experienced users can, guided by our professional trainers, deepen their knowledge or learn special skills such as creating custom fields or report templates.
